Abstract
E' tempo di rientro. Milioni di bambini e adolescenti tornano a scuola. Ma qual è la situazione dell'istruzione in Italia? Le statistiche internazionali dipingono un quadro deprimente: i risultati dei nostri studenti sono tra i peggiori in Europa. Eppure in teoria non mancano le risorse perche' la spesa per studente e' ai massimi mondiali. Forse il problema di fondo e' che abbiamo un numero enorme di insegnanti ma non facciamo praticamente nulla per valutarli.
