Abstract

This paper examines the link between organizational culture and innovativeness in three Finnish entrepreneur communities. The findings indicate that the organizational culture is the element that makes the individual entrepreneurs a community. Sharing an organizational culture is the main reason why the communities have been formed and also one of the main foundations of their innovativeness.
