Abstract

Em São Paulo, muitos temem ser vítimas de crimes. Alguns também temem a polícia, mas podem aceitar violência extrema pelos policiais. Uma das soluções para legitimar o poder da polícia é a justiça processual, que aumenta a legitimidade, reforça o comportamento normativo dos policiais e incentiva a autorregulação, concluíram Jonathan Jackson (LSE & University of Sydney Law School), Thiago Oliveira (Oxford University) and Ben Bradford (UCL).
