Abstract
This 60 page report considers the potential impact of the HIV/AIDS epidemic on social and economic life in Ukraine. The findings formed the basis for a Ministerial Briefing for Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan held in April 1998 in Kyiv.
