Abstract
James Derounian is a National Teaching Fellow and Principal Lecturer . Jaames Derounian argues that the UK Government is wilfully ignoring the needs of rural residents. Policies to localise neighborhood planning procedures have proved burdensome and complicated for those trying to use the scheme, and are not surprisingly underrepresented in the most deprived authorities.
