Abstract
The BBC's second most senior manager, Caroline Thompson gave the full story of the Russell Brand/Jonathan Ross scandal at Polis. Read her speech here. She denounced the phone call prank but said it must not stop the BBC taking risks and attempting to reach all audiences.
