Abstract

Some academic publishers fear that when authors publish PDFs of their work online, sales of their books and journals will be jeopardized as a result. Elizabeth Eva Leach discusses the failure of some publishers to cite evidence supporting this claim, and invites readers to leave comments linking to hard evidence either way.
