Athanasia Chalari discusses the difficulties Greeks face at the social and personal level as Greek society changes due to the austerity measures and economic crisis. Greeks now realise their share of the responsibility in the formation of a new reality and have started transforming old habits and ways of living in order to cope with the constant alteration of Greek society and the uncertainty the experience in their everyday lives.
