Comments on the Court of Appeal decision in Parker v TUI UK Ltd on whether a tour operator was in breach of the duty of care it owed to its customers in relation to a toboggan run organised in a ski resort by a local operator on which the claimant had broken both her legs. Considers whether the tour operator had performed a suitable risk assessment.
