Comments on the Court of Appeal ruling in Bhamra v Dubb (t/a Lucky Caterers) on whether a Sikh caterer, who was aware that Sikhs did not eat eggs, owed a duty of care to a guest at a Sikh wedding celebration not to serve food containing eggs, where the guest, who had an egg allergy, died after eating food supplied by the caterer which did in fact contain eggs.
