Abstract
Dietary and eating behaviours are influenced simultaneously by the physical system, psychology, economics and social life. Social representations are particularly important in the transmission and regulation of behaviours. To modify behaviour is therefore an extemely complex process, requiring the simulatanous interaction on all these levels.
