The development of firm-level panel data and linked employer-employee data (LEED) promises to shed light on many important areas of European labour market analysis, which have previously been difficult to explore. In this book leading experts examine the contribution of these data to the analysis of wage structures, employment adjustments and globalization. More precisely, they focus on three key economic issues: labour turnover flows and mobility, the role of labour market institutions and firms' human resource strategies in relation to wages, and the labour market outcomes of internationalization.
