Abstract
This report examines London's place and position in the UK economy. And how they may evolve during the next few years. It looks at London's developing role in recent last decades; clarifies some of the strengths and weaknesses of the London economy, particularly in relation to the rest of the UK and to central government. The annual special feature in this edition examines the role of London housing.
