Abstract

This study assesses the alignment between Canadian Drug Agency (CDA) reimbursement recommendations and pan-Canadian Pharmaceutical Alliance (pCPA) negotiation outcomes. It examines factors contributing to failures in pricing negotiations for drugs considered to provide sufficient value to the Canadian healthcare system.
