Abstract

This study assesses impact investing as a social financing solution for development. The qualitative analysis, guided by an explorative approach, investigates the barriers and facilitators for impact investing through in-depth interviews with industry experts. The main research question is: How do impact capital managers negotiate financial obligations with social development.
