Abstract
Commercial forestry has led to the fragmentation of habitats in Scotland. Trees for Life are working to restore the forest at Dundreggan. Rewilding and the reduction in use of herbicides and pesticides elsewhere in the UK has led to increased biodiversity and the restoration of ecosystems.
