Addis Ababa, Ethiopia: Chillies and shallots drying in the sun on a road that leads through a low-income community full of urban farms that will soon be replaced by a 360,000m2 private development branded as an “integrated lifestyle community” that will “unlock the true potential of this spectacular location”.
