Abstract

[Posted by Prof Henry G. Overman] Following BBC's Mind the Gap and my R4 Today discussion with Evan Davies and Ed Cox at IPPR North I've been thinking more about infrastructure spending and it's role in explaining urban economic performance in the UK.
