Abstract
Alan Manning thumbWhile extreme low pay has been reduced very substantially since the introduction of the National Minimum Wage, low pay itself still remains a serious problem. Alan Manning looks at the success of the policy, once politically contentious, and explores ways in which it can be updated to address remaining issues with low pay.
