Abstract
In his latest update on the campaigns, Matthew Goodwin finds that despite high-profile pro-Remain interventions from Barack Obama, the Treasury and other luminaries, the polls remain neck-and-neck. Both sides have reason to think that will change in their favour when polling day arrives.
