Abstract
On Tuesday, a U.S. appeals court ruled on a landmark net neutrality case against the Federal Communications Commission. Ellen Goodman explains the decision and its implications, and warns of the potential risks to the public internet, such as some content now being able to receive priority service at the expense of others.
