Abstract
The processes of implementing workplace guidance in NHS organisations doesn’t exactly get the pulses racing as perhaps other projects, so an attractive way of presenting the project was needed, whilst at the same time relating to the subject matter. Additionally, a qualitative research project with a conceptual framework and no quantitative results tends to have a challenge in terms of presentation because graphics are not always necessary or possible, and because conceptual frameworks require explaining. All this means that quite a bit of writing is required. I overcame these challenges through a ‘digital noticeboard’. This idea came from the methods of communication interviewees said that their Trust utilised. The writing was broken up and organised into different notes to make it easier to read and to signify the different parts of the project. A ‘draft’ style was utilised to soften the formality of the subject matter.
