The complexity of interorganizational systems makes their analysis a difficult task. This paper adopts an interpretive stance and suggests a longitudinal inestigation of the perspectives of the various stakeholders. In particular, it uses previous work on stakeholder identification and longitudinal knowledge analysis as a basis for a new framework for stakeholder analysis and sets a research agenda for carrying out interorganizational systems analysis.
