Reforming public sector dentistry in the uk.

Abstract
The way in which NHS dentistry is financed generates inappropriate incentives for dentists. Partly as a consequence, the Government has pledged to increase investment in this sector. However, what is really required is a fundamental reform of the way in which dentists are remunerated.
