Abstract
Few issues are as topical or controversial as the proposed public private partnership for the London Underground. In Getting Partnerships Going, three leading academics analyse the role that PPPS can play in financing transport investment projects. They discuss the Private Finance Initiative as a financial tool for some projects, but provide an alternative option for investing in London Underground.
