Abstract

The UK government recently published a draft Online Safety Bill, which it says delivers on its commitment “to make the UK the safest place in the world to be online while defending free expression.” Following the LSE briefing, Professor Sonia Livingstone reflects on the position of media literacy in the proposed Bill.
