Abstract
This was taken during a research fieldtrip to study the composition and impacts of smoke from tropical peatland fires in southeast Asia. These fires, often driven by land clearance or land grabbing practices, contribute to transboundary air pollution episodes in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and Brunei. Acknowledgements: This research was funded by the ESRC.
