Abstract

Shot in Siberia, this bin is to represent, in the context of this competition, both the symbol of the impervious nature of poverty and the resistant authoritarian state power unequally challenging poverty within its borders, while dust represents poverty itself, and cosmopolitanism the global nature of the challenge.
