Abstract
In the middle of the night, I spent an hour observing this quiet street. Occasionally, some solitary figures passed by. Then I saw this scene which I really liked. On a solitary path, two silhouettes emerged side by side from the dark. It was perhaps just a short stroll, but a bit of warmth is all we need. I figured solitude is one pertinent theme in our times. Beveridge 2.0 could simply be about these moments of solidarity to get us through the lonely confusing void of our time.
