Abstract

This note is intended to inform country representatives, negotiators, and legal and technical advisers of springboards and roadblocks to an acceptable international legally binding instrument on the conservation and sustainable use of marine biodiversity of areas beyond national jurisdiction under UNGA resolution 69/292.
