Garcia-Lorenzo, Lucia and Nolas, S M (2004) Plotting the future: sense making processes in a post-merger situation. KODE working paper no. 10. London School of Economics and Political Science, London.
The paper draws on the findings of a UK-based British engineering company that in 1999 bought a collective of businesses spread across Scandinavia.
