Abstract

Modern technology encourages alliances and collaborations between diverse groups: public institutes, research centres and industry. In particular it demands the creation of networks between academic research and industrial innovation. However, these new ways of working necessitate new forms of evaluation. This book discusses methods and which can be used to evaluate the new effectiveness of the new technological programmes.
