Abstract
To study day to day interactions and activity in working environments characterised by the integration of information technology poses theoretical, methodological and ethical questions. This paper describes a two year experiment by the Laboratoire de design Cognitif to create an experimental space to analyses these environments. It describes the theoretical foundations and methods of anlysis used.
